The Finnish hard-rock juggernaut HÄ/DA first introduced itself to the world with their (Almost) 20 Minutes Of Love, an unapologetically AC/DC-worshipping EP release in the spring of ’25. Now they have a brand-new, full album follow-up releasing this autumn.

The first single from the upcoming record is the energetic rock tune Workingman’s Blues, released today on Wednesday, 17 June 2026.

“The lyrics deal with what an ordinary working-class person thinks about the current state of the world — where the rich get richer and the poor get poorer, and honest working won’t make you wealthy,” vocalist Antti “DeeAa” Heikkinen says.

Much like the debut EP, the forthcoming album walks firmly in AC/DC’s footsteps, especially in terms of instrumentation. “What would Angus Young play?” has been guitarist Juho “Hässi” Hämäläinen’s guiding dogma in HÄ/DA from the day one — and that principle still remains. Nevertheless, DeeAa’s flexible delivery and catchy vocal melodies broaden the band’s sonic palette, ensuring this is far from a personality-free pastiche.

Tracks from HÄ/DA’s debut EP received radio play on FM and online stations in the United States, France, England and Scotland.

Hässi also performs in Dirty Deeds Indeed, one of Finland’s longest-running AC/DC tribute bands, as well as in the heavy-rock outfit Rane Rautiainen & Paha Kaksonen. DeeAa, in turn, is the singer-guitarist of the Kuopio-based heavy-rock band Mosfite. The musicians also share a past in the late-1990s Jyväskylä rock group Brutaali Magneetti.
